Binding a DMS for RocketMQ Instance

DMS for RocketMQ is required for application components to store and consume messages. ServiceStage allows you to bind components to DMS for RocketMQ, a message middleware based on the cloud computing platform. DMS for RocketMQ features low latency, high reliability, high throughput, dynamic expansion, and convenience. DMS for RocketMQ allows you to easily build message queues that are fully managed, scalable, reliable, scalable, and easy to manage.

You can bind a DMS for RocketMQ instance when configuring Cloud Service Settings.

Prerequisites

  • You have created a DMS for RocketMQ instance. For details, see Buying a RocketMQ Instance.
  • For container-deployed components, a CCE cluster must be bound to the component deployment environment.

Binding a DMS for RocketMQ Instance

  1. Choose Cloud Service Settings > Distributed Message Service for RocketMQ.
  2. Click Bind RocketMQ.
  3. Select a DMS for RocketMQ instance that has been bound in the environment.

    If no DMS for RocketMQ instance is bound to the environment, click Add One and add an instance to the environment. For details, see Managing Basic Resources.

  4. Set parameters by referring to the following table.

    Parameter

    Username

    Enter the username.

    Password

    Enter the password of the login user.

  5. Click OK.

    Move the cursor to a bound DMS for RocketMQ instance and perform the following operations:

    • Rebind a DMS for RocketMQ: Click and select the target instance again.
    • Delete a bound DMS for RocketMQ: Click .
