Sensitive Words
To use the sensitive word prompt function of the intelligent agent assistant, create sensitive words on the Intelligent IVR page.
- Choose Knowledge Management > Entity Management and click the SENSITIVE WORD tab.
- Click Add to create a sensitive word category. You can configure multiple sensitive word categories based on the site requirements.
- Click Add on the right to create a sensitive word. For example, create a forbidden word category, and then create a password under the category as a forbidden word.
