Can I Cancel an Order in the Pending Payment, Expired, or Processing State and How?
- You can cancel orders in either of the following states:
You can cancel orders in the pending payment or pending review state. For details about the order status, see Order Statuses.
- You cannot cancel any orders in the processing state.
- The system automatically cancels orders in the expired state.
- You can cancel an order in either of the following ways:
- Go to the Unpaid Orders page. For details, see Canceling Orders.
- Go to the My Orders page. For details, see Canceling Orders.
