MY_SEQUENCES

MY_SEQUENCES displays the sequence information about the current user. This view exists in both PG_CATALOG and SYS schema.

Owner of a sequence.

sequence_name

Name of the sequence.

min_value

int16

Minimum value of the sequence.

max_value

int16

Maximum value of the sequence.

increment_by

int16

Value by which the sequence is incremented.

cycle_flag

character(1)
Specifies whether a sequence is a cyclic sequence. The options are as follows:
  • Y: It is a cyclic sequence.
  • N: It is not a cyclic sequence.

last_number

int16

Value of the previous sequence.

cache_size

int16

Size of the sequence disk cache.
