Why Does the Prompt Say that the Login ID Cannot Be Found When I Try to Invite a Member?

Check whether the entered login ID is a Huawei Cloud tenant name. Log in to the Huawei Cloud official website using the personal account and check the login ID in the My Account > Basic Information.

If the login ID is different from the Huawei Cloud tenant name, enter the Huawei Cloud tenant name first.
