Integration Example

The AICC connects to the web channel so that web customers can chat with AICC agents online. The chat content includes texts and multimedia messages (pictures, videos, and voices). Figure 1 Customer's view shows an example. The actual page needs to be developed by third-party developers based on site requirements.
