Creating a PVC (To Be Discarded)
Function
This API is used to create a PVC in a specified namespace through the cloud storage services like EVS, SFS, and OBS. This API is to be discarded. Use the corresponding Kubernetes PVC API instead.
Calling Method
For details, see Calling APIs.
