Starting an Application
Scenarios
You can pause an AI application to stop related features. After it is paused, you can start it.
Prerequisites
- You have registered a Huawei ID and enabled Huawei Cloud services.
- You can create an IAM user and user group on the IAM console and grant the user specific operation permissions, to perform refined management on Huawei Cloud. For details, see Using IAM Roles or Policies to Grant Access to RDS.
- You must use a login account assigned the rds:aiApplication:start and rds:aiApplication:list actions.
- The application is in Stopped state.
Constraints
- Only AI applications in Stopped state can be started. During the startup, the hosted instance must be running properly. Otherwise, the startup may fail.
- During the AI application startup, the hosted instance will not be automatically started.
Procedure
- Log in to the RDS console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select a region. - In the navigation pane, choose AI App Dev Platform.
- On the AI App Dev Platform page, locate the target AI application and click Start in the Operation column.
- In the displayed dialog box, enter YES and click OK to start the AI application. Figure 1 Starting the RDS Supabase application
- Refresh the AI application list later and check the startup result. If the application status is Normal, the AI application is started.
