Binding and Unbinding an EIP to and from a Graph
Binding an EIP
To access GES over the Internet, you can bind an Elastic IP Address (EIP) to your instance.
The procedure is as follows:
- Log in to the GES management console.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Graph Management.
- In the graph list, locate your desired graph, click More in the Operation column, and select Bind EIP.
- On the displayed Bind EIP page, select an available EIP.
If no EIP is available, click Create EIP to create one. Then, click
to refresh the list and select the created EIP.

Unbinding an EIP
If you do not need to use the EIP, you can unbind the EIP to release network resources.
The procedure is as follows:
- Log in to the GES management console.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Graph Management.
- In the graph list, locate your desired graph, click More in the Operation column, and select Unbind EIP.
- In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.
