Managing Notification Groups
Notification Group Management is a fine-grained messaging distribution module provided by COC, offering a group-based solution for delivering notifications throughout the entire O&M lifecycle. It enables targeted delivery of various types of operational messages to designated business or functional groups. This capability is deeply integrated with core COC modules such as notification management and SLA management. During configuration in these modules, users can flexibly select notification groups as recipients and customize the scope of notifications according to actual needs. For critical operational messages—including alarm notifications, incident synchronizations, resource change announcements, and SLA threshold warnings—the system supports precise routing based on dimensions such as business line, team responsibility, or operational scenario. This ensures that relevant messages are delivered only to the appropriate dedicated groups—such as business teams, operations teams, or SLA monitoring groups—effectively avoiding cross-team or cross-scenario message noise. By ensuring the right personnel receive the right information at the right time, Notification Group Management facilitates rapid response and coordinated resolution, significantly improving overall operational efficiency.
