Soft Eviction
It provides a set of eviction thresholds. A pod will be evicted only when these thresholds are met within the specified grace period. A pod will get evicted if the configured thresholds are met and the eviction duration exceeds the grace period configured for each soft eviction signal in evictionSoftGracePeriod. The configurable thresholds are the same as that of hard eviction thresholds.
