Adding Remarks
Procedure
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > Incident Center. On the displayed page, click the Pending tab and click the incident title to go to the incident details page.

- Click the ... icon and choose Add Remark.

- Enter the remarks and click OK.
