Handling a Task

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC, choose Case 2.0 > Case Workbench, and click a case. On the case details page, click the Task tab and click to create a task.

  2. Click . The task is created successfully.
  3. Click the Task tab, enter a task name, and press Enter to search for the task.
  4. Click Advanced Search and set advanced search criteria to search for tasks.

  5. Click a task. The task details page is displayed.
  6. On the task details page, click to transfer the task or click to edit the task.
  7. Click to change the task status based on the current task handling status.
