Disabling Collaboration

Scenario

Disable the collaboration function of Workspace.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Workspace console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Desktops > Desktops.

    The Desktops page is displayed.

  3. You can disable collaboration for one desktop or multiple desktops in batches.

    • To disable collaboration for one desktop, perform 4 to 5.
    • To disable collaboration for desktops in batches, perform 6 to 8.

  4. Click More in the Operation column of the desired desktop and choose Disable Collaboration.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Select multiple desktops for which collaboration is to be disabled. Click More in the upper left corner and choose Disable Collaboration.
  7. Select a billing mode and click OK. The Disable Collaboration page is displayed.
  8. Click OK.
