Enabling Multi-Person Collaboration

Scenario

After multi-person collaboration is enabled, users can quickly initiate collaboration between desktops, improving communication and collaboration efficiency.

Operations

  • To enable or disable multi-person collaboration, you need to configure a whitelist. Contact the administrator to configure a whitelist by following the instructions provided in Submitting a Service TicketSubmitting a Service Ticket.
  • Only Windows desktops are supported.
  • Supported server: 23.8.1 or later.
  • Supported client: 23.8.1 or later.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  1. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Desktop Management > Desktops.

    The desktop management page is displayed.

  2. You can enable multi-person collaboration for a single desktop or multiple desktops in batches.

    • To enable multi-person collaboration for a single desktop, perform to.
    • To enable multi-person collaboration for desktops in batches, perform to.

  3. Locate the row that contains the desktop for which multi-person collaboration is to be enabled, and choose More > Enable Multi-person Collaboration. The Enable Multi-person Collaboration page is displayed.
  4. Select Enable multi-person collaboration, select Specification Name, and click OK.
  5. Select multiple desktops for which multi-person collaboration is to be enabled and choose More > Enable Multi-person Collaboration in the upper left corner. The Enable Multi-person Collaboration page is displayed.
  6. Configure multi-person collaboration.

    • Yearly/Monthly billing:
    • Processor:
      • CPU: 6-party collaboration resource-standard edition
      • GPU: 6-party collaboration resource-advanced edition.
    • Operating system: Windows

      Only desktops with the same billing mode, processor, and operating system can be changed in batches.

  7. Click OK. The Enable Multi-person Collaboration page is displayed.
  8. Select Enable multi-person collaboration, select Specification Name, and click OK.
  9. The Buy Multi-Person Collaboration page is displayed.
  10. Check the cloud order service and the fee to be paid.
  11. After the payment method is selected and the payment is successful, the purchase is complete.
