Creating a Database Schema
After creating a DWS data connection, you can manage the database schemas under the DWS data connection in the area on the right.
Prerequisites
- A DWS data connection has been created. For details, see Creating a Data Connection.
- A DWS database has been created. For details, see Creating a Database.
Procedure
- Log in to the DLF console.
- In the navigation tree of the Data Development console, choose / .
- In the menu on the left, click . Click a DWS data connection and choose a desired database. Right-click schemas, and choose Create Schema from the shortcut menu.
- In the displayed dialog box, configure schema parameters. Table 1 describes the database schema parameters.
- Click OK.
