Managing Configurable Processes in Applications

A configurable process encapsulates a BPM process and defines the basic elements of the process so that users can customize and modify the process in the configuration state. In the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero environment configuration page, you can manage all configurable processes under the account, including viewing, enabling, and disabling configurable processes.

Constraints

This menu is displayed only in the sandbox environment and production environment. Operations in the sandbox environment are identical to those in the production environment. This section uses the production environment as an example.

Managing Configurable Processes

  1. On the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero console, click Manage Runtime Environment of the purchased commercial instance to access the production environment.
  2. Choose Maintenance from the main menu.
  3. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Global Elements > Configurable Process.
  4. In the list of configurable processes, you can click next to a configurable process to enable it or click to disable it.
  5. On the running instances page, you can view the running configurable process instances.

Each time a configurable process is run, the system generates a configurable process instance and assigns an instance ID to the instance to identify the instance. After the configurable process is complete, the system automatically deletes the instance ID.
