Manually Renewing CloudDC Resources

Renewing CloudDC Resources on the CloudDC Console

1. Log in to the management console.
2. In the navigation tree on the left, click and choose Compute > Cloud Data Center.
3. On the CloudDC console, select the yearly/monthly CloudDC resource to be renewed.
4. In the Operation column, choose More > Renew.
   

   The system supports batch renewal operations, which allows for batch renewal of multiple intelligent racks, CloudDCN subnets, and multiple iMetal servers, which are billed yearly/monthly. The procedure is as follows:

   1. Select the yearly/monthly intelligent racks to be renewed.
   2. On the top of the intelligent rack list, choose Renew.

5. On the Renew page, select a renewal duration for your intelligent racks, determine whether to select Auto-Renew and Renewal Date. For details, see . Confirm the price and click Pay.
6. Select a payment method and make your payment. Once the order is paid, the renewal is complete.

Renewing a Subscription in Billing Center

1. Log in to the management console.
2. Hover over Billing in the upper part of the console and choose Renewal from the drop-down list.

   The Renewals page is displayed.

3. Select the search criteria.

   On the Manual Renewals, Auto Renewals, Pay-per-Use After Expiration, and Renewals Canceled tabs, you can view the resources to be renewed.

   You can move all resources that need to be manually renewed to the Manual Renewals tab. For details, see Enabling Manual Renewal.

4. Manually renew resources.
   • Individual renewal: Click Renew in the Operation column for the desired resource.

   • Batch renewal: Check the boxes for the desired resources and click Batch Renew in the upper left corner.

5. Select a renewal duration and optionally select Renew on the standard renewal date. For details, see Renewal Date Confirm the price and click Pay.
6. Select a payment method and make your payment. Once the order is paid, the renewal is complete.

Setting the Same Renewal Day for Yearly/Monthly Resources

If your intelligent racks, CloudDCN, or iMetal servers have different expiry dates, you can set the same renewal day, for example, the first day of each month, to make it easier to manage renewals.

In Figure 5, a user sets the same renewal day for two resources that will expire at different dates.
