Creating a Basic Extended Field
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose .
- Create a basic extended field.
- Click the Contact Record Data Item tab and click New.
- Set parameters based on Table 1.

Description
Data Type
Select Basic extended field.
Field Name
The options are as follows:
- Handled Number
- Original Called Number
- Contact Number
- Call ID
- Collaborative Call ID
- Sign-In IP Address
- Customer Name
- Skill Queue ID
- Agent Organization
Data Item ID
After you set Field Name, the value of this parameter is automatically associated. It is dimmed and cannot be modified.
Visible Contact Record
Whether an extended field is visible in the contact record list. The options are as follows:
- : yes
- : no
Field Order
Display sequence of a field in contact records. A field with a smaller No. is displayed in the front. Fields with the same No. are displayed based on their sequence in the list. The value is a number ranging from 1 to 100.
- Click Save.
- After the configuration is complete, choose to view the display effect of the basic data.
