What Should I Do If Error Code 504 Is Returned When I Click the External Access Address of an Application Component?

Symptom

Error "504 Gateway Time-out" is returned when I click the external access address of an application component.

Solution

Add inbound rules to the ECS host where the current application component is located to allow the listening port of the application component. For details, see Configuring Security Group Rules. Where,

  1. Protocol & Port: Select TCP and enter the listening port of the application component.
  2. Type: Select IPv4 or IPv6 based on the supported protocol version.
  3. Source: Retain the default value 0.0.0.0/0.
