Yearly/Monthly Resources

You pay for a resource billed in yearly/monthly mode, such as a yearly/monthly expansion package, when you purchase it. Billing automatically stops when the subscription expires.

  • Currently, manually cancelling subscriptions to yearly/monthly resources that are still in the billing period is not supported. To cancel such subscriptions, submit a service ticket. After receiving your service ticket, the system will return a certain amount of money to your account based on whether a five-day unconditional unsubscription is applied or whether cash coupons or discount coupons were used for the purchase.   • If you have enabled auto-renewal but no longer wish to automatically renew the subscription, you can disable it before the auto-renewal date (7 days before the expiration date by default) to avoid unexpected expenditures.
