Arrears

Your account goes into arrears when the balance cannot cover the bill you need to pay.

For Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas instances billed on a yearly/monthly basis, you have paid for the resources in advance. Even if your account is in arrears, existing yearly/monthly Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas instances can still be used. You cannot perform operations such as purchasing Huawei Cloud Astro Canvas instances or upgrading instance specifications, as they would incur new costs.
