Introduction
This document provides the web client API reference of the intelligent customer service system (AICC) for third-party developers to integrate the multimedia chat function of the AICC into web applications on PCs. By reading this document, developers can learn about how an agent communicates with a customer in the AICC.
This document describes the APIs (including the function description and invoking sequence) required for accessing the AICC and how to optimize customer interaction experience. This document provides detailed description of request parameters and response data and sample packets for each API provided by the AICC to help developers quickly understand and implement API invocation.
