Creating Test Case Version Snapshots
CodeArts TestPlan enables you to effortlessly track changes of test cases across different versions through snapshots. You can capture snapshots to store test cases from different versions and compare test case details between the current and historical versions. With snapshots, you can quickly identify changes in step descriptions and results of test cases across versions. This helps trace test process, version differences, and issues, improving test verification efficiency and result reliability.
Notes and Constraints
- A maximum of 10 snapshots can be created for a single project.
- Snapshots cannot be created for API automation test cases.
- The number of test cases in a version snapshot is counted in the total number of test cases. For details about the limit on the number of test cases, see Notes and Constraints.
