Desensitization Strategy Management

  1. Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator sysadmin account.
  2. Select Project Management in the left navigation tree.
  3. Select the desired project and enter the project.
  4. In the left list, click Desensitization Strategy.

Adding Strategy

  1. (Continued from above) Click Add Strategy in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter the name and remarks.

    Parameter

    Description

    Policy Name

    Enter the required anonymization policy name based on your business needs.

    Remarks

    Optional: Add a note description.

  3. Select the desired Data Source > Table > Field, and click Setting in the operation column (if the rule already matches the corresponding field, it will be set automatically without manual operation).

    Parameter

    Description

    Discovery Version

    Based on the previously summarized findings, select the required version and apply the desensitization policy to fields in bulk.

  4. In the pop-up window, select the required data field rules and click Confirm Rule.

  5. After successful saving, the configured data fields and algorithms will appear on the list page.

  6. (Continued from the previous image) After clicking Confirm, the configured data masking policies will appear on the Desensitization Strategy List page.

Viewing Strategy

  1. (Continued from above) On the Desensitization Strategy Management list page, click Detail.

  2. Select the saved field configuration to view the information.

Editing Policy

  1. (Continued from above) On the Desensitization Strategy Management list page, click Edit.

  2. Select the configuration for saved fields and editable information (refer to Adding Strategy for editing steps).

Enabling and Disabling

  1. (Continued from above) On the Desensitization Strategy Management list page, click Enable.

  2. After enabling the data masking policy, the application system will perform data masking before displaying the data.
  3. Clicking the Disable button has the opposite effect: the displayed data will no longer be anonymized.

Deleting a Policy

  1. In the Desensitization Strategy Management interface, click Delete to enter the delete interface.

  2. Click the Confirm deletion button in the pop-up window to remove this desensitization policy.

    It is recommended to disable the policy first before performing the deletion operation.
