Expanding the Capacity of an EVS Volume

If the EVS volume mounted to a workload does not have enough space, you can increase its capacity by expanding it. This section describes how to expand the capacity of an EVS volume through the console.

Prerequisites

You have created a cluster of v1.27.8-r0, v1.28.6-r0, or later.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the CCE console and click the cluster name to access the cluster console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Storage. Then click the PVCs tab. Locate the target PVC and click More > Scale-out in the Operation column.

  3. Enter the capacity to be added and click OK. In this example, 10 GiB is added.

The capacity can only be increased.
