Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal can prevent cloud desktops from being automatically deleted if you forget to manually renew them. The auto-renewal rules are as follows:
- The first auto-renewal date and billing cycle are based on when a cloud desktop expires.
- The auto-renewal period of a cloud desktop varies depending on how you enable auto-renewal.
- You can enable auto-renewal anytime before a cloud desktop expires. By default, the system will make the first attempt to charge your account for the renewal at 03:00:00, seven days before the expiration date. If this attempt fails, it will make another attempt at 03:00:00 every day until the subscription is renewed or expires.
- You can still perform a manual renewal on cloud desktops even when auto-renewal is enabled. After a manual renewal is complete, auto-renewal is still valid, and the renewal payment will be deducted from your account seven days before the new expiration date.
- By default, the renewal fee is deducted from your account seven days before the new expiration date. You can change this auto-renew payment date as required.
See more information about auto-renewal rules.
You can select Auto renewal for Required Duration on the page for desktop purchase.
If you enable auto-renewal when purchasing a cloud desktop, the auto-renewal periods are as follows:
- Required duration in months: You can renew the subscription for one month each time, with unlimited renewal times.
- Required duration in years: You can renew the subscription for one year each time, with unlimited renewal times.
