- Before invoking the API Fabric API, you need to import the API package to the runtime-state API Fabric and set API-related configuration items. Contact Huawei engineers for configuration. If the API package has been imported, skip this step.
- To verify the API function, the connection between the AICC and web channel needs to be commissioned so that a web customer can chat with an agent in the AICC online. Contact Huawei engineers for configuration. If the web channel has been commissioned, skip this step.
