Resource Preparation

Before invoking the API Fabric API, you need to import the API package to the runtime-state API Fabric and set API-related configuration items. Contact Huawei engineers for configuration. If the API package has been imported, skip this step.
To verify the API function, the connection between the AICC and web channel needs to be commissioned so that a web customer can chat with an agent in the AICC online. Contact Huawei engineers for configuration. If the web channel has been commissioned, skip this step.
