How Long Is the Retention Period for My Resources After My Account Goes Into Arrears?
If your account is in arrears, your cloud resources will enter a grace period and then retention period. For details about how to handle service suspension due to arrears, see Resource Suspension and Release.
On the VOD console, hover over the username in the upper right corner, and choose Identity and Access Management from the drop-down list.
You can view your account's outstanding balance and make a payment in Billing Center.
