Creating and Reviewing General Reviews (GRs)

When IRs, system features, R&D requirements, and bugs need to be reviewed, you can create a GR review ticket.

Prerequisites

A project has been created.

Creating a GR

  1. On the project homepage, choose Review > General Review.
  2. Click GR. The GR page is displayed.

Configure whether to display Require Decision-Making on the review creation page or review editing page by referring to Configuring Review Settings. If Require Decision-Making is set to No, Decisioning will not be displayed on the status navigation bar of the corresponding details page.

  3. Enter GR information.

Associated Object: Add the objects to be associated, including RRs, system features, R&D requirements, and bugs. Only raw requirements in the Committed state cannot be added.

Associated Files: Add files related to the change object.

  4. Select Approver and Reviewer.

If Require Decision-Making is set to No, Approver will not be displayed.

If Reviewer is not selected, the review phase will be skipped.

  5. Click Submit to create a GR.

You can view the new GR in the GR list.

Reviewing a GR

This operation is performed by reviewers and the approver.

  1. On the project homepage, choose Review > General Review.

You can view the completed GR in the GR list. The review status changes to Passed, Rejected, To Be Approved, or Turn back based on the review result.

    • If Require Decision-Making is set to No, perform the following operations:
      1. Click Reviewer Review.
      2. Select a review result, enter comments, and click OK.

The approved GR is now in the To Be Approved, Rejected, or To Be Reviewed state.
