Unlocking a User

If a user is locked because the number of login attempts exceeds the value of Number of Password Retries, or the user is manually locked by the administrator, the administrator can unlock the user on MRS Manager.

Procedure

  1. On MRS Manager, click System.
  2. In the Permission area, click Manage User.

  3. In the row of the user to be unlocked, click Unlock User.

  4. In the window that is displayed, click Yes to unlock the user.
