Updating the DB Engine and OS of a DB Instance

The DB engine and OS of your GaussDB instance cannot be upgraded automatically during the maintenance window you specified. To upgrade them, contact customer service, and Huawei Cloud engineers will help you upgrade the DB engine and OS if necessary.

Huawei Cloud installs hot patches as required to fix the vulnerabilities that may have major impacts on the DB engine or OS.
