Creating a Sharing

Scenarios

This section describes how to share your enterprise router with another user. After the enterprise router is shared, this user can view your enterprise router with its name followed by Shared with me.

Creating a Share by an Owner

  1. Go to the enterprise router list.
  2. Search for the target enterprise router by name.
  3. Go to the Sharing tab using either of the following methods:

    • In the upper right corner of the enterprise router, click Manage Sharing.
    • Click the enterprise router name and click Sharing.

  4. On the Sharing tab, click Share Enterprise Router.

    The Share Enterprise Router dialog box is displayed.

    Configure the parameters based on Table 1.

    Sharing Name

    Mandatory

    Enter a name for the sharing. The name:
    • Must contain 1 to 64 characters.
    • Can contain letters, digits, underscores (_), hyphens (-), and periods (.).

    Resource User Account ID

    Mandatory

    The ID of the account that you want to share the enterprise router with. Learn how to obtain an account ID.

  5. Click OK.

    The sharing list is displayed. You can view your sharing.

Viewing a Shared Enterprise Router by a User

The user selects the region where the shared enterprise router is located. In the enterprise router list, the recipient can view the enterprise router shared by the owner, followed by Shared with me.
