Managing Personal Settings
After logging in to CodeArts, you can customize your personal settings based on preferences.
Setting the Theme and Layout
CodeArts provides four themes (infinite, impression, deep, and galaxy) and four layouts (classic, modern, waterfall, and wide).
- Go to the CodeArts homepage.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
, and select a region.
- Click Access Service.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
- Click the username
on the navigation bar and choose Preferences.
- Select the desired theme and layout.
Setting an Alias
You can only set an alias for yourself. The alias will be visible to all project members.
When you set a work item handler, aliases are displayed by default, or usernames are displayed for users without an alias.
- Go to the CodeArts homepage.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
, and select a region.
- Click Access Service.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
- Click the username
on the navigation bar and click
next to the username.
- In the displayed dialog box, enter an alias and click OK.

- Refresh the page. The new alias is displayed in the upper right corner.
Setting Notifications
Configure whether to receive notifications about CodeArts services on the Notifications page.
- Go to the CodeArts homepage.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
, and select a region.
- Click Access Service.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
- Click the username
on the navigation bar and choose This Account Settings.
- On the displayed Notifications page, enable or disable Do-Not-Disturb.
To set the period, click Edit Settings. In the displayed dialog box, enter the start and end time, and click OK. The updated period is displayed.
