Viewing the Execution Result of a Scan Task
After a sensitive data discovery task is executed, the system scans and identifies sensitive data in data assets. You can view the sensitive data in the execution result.
Procedure
- Log in to a database encryption and access control instance as the sysadmin user.
- In the navigation tree on the left, choose Sensitive Data Discovery > Sensitive Data Scanning.
- (Optional) Set search criteria and click search icon to query specified data assets.
- Find the target data asset and click View.
- On the scan result page, view all scan results.

Description
Data Source
Name of the data asset where sensitive information is located.
Schema
Mode of sensitive information.
Table
Name of the table or view where sensitive information is stored.
Table Column Number
Number of columns in a database table.
Encryptable
Whether the database table supports encryption.
Reasons for Not Encryptable
If the table cannot be encrypted, the system displays the reason why the table cannot be encrypted.
Sensitive Data Discovery
Time when sensitive data is discovered.

As shown in Figure 2, the column information and the sensitive data types are displayed in the Table Field Information. If the scanning result does not match the actual situation, you can modify the sensitive data type information.
