Enabling COC in Batches for Member Accounts

In an enterprise cloud environment, O&M personnel often need to enable COC for multiple member accounts for unified management, centralized monitoring, and service collaboration. However, the traditional manual enabling mode is time-consuming and may cause exceptions due to misoperations (such as missing configurations and incorrect parameter settings), which severely affects the O&M efficiency.

By adopting the method of batch enabling COC for multiple member accounts, this pain point can be effectively addressed. It improves service enabling efficiency by switching from the one-by-one operation method to batch operation method. Besides, standardized batch operation processes minimize random errors caused by human misoperations, ensuring that all member accounts have consistent and compliant service configurations. This not only reduces the fault tolerance costs for O&M but also lays a solid foundation for large-scale account management and monitoring in the future.

  • Resource Formation Service (RFS) has been enabled, and the resource stack set quota is sufficient.

  • The organization administrator has enabled COC and RFS as trusted services in Organizations. For details, see Enabling a Trusted Service.
  • The organization administrator has created member accounts or invited accounts to join the organization in Organizations. For details, see Creating a Member Account.
