Initiating a Call

A voice call can be initiated by dialing a number or from call records. For details about how to initiate a call from call records, see Initiating a Call.

Procedure

  1. Start the OpenEye client and enter the account and password to log in to the OpenEye workspace.
  2. On the Workspace tab and enter the called number as required.

  3. Click to make a voice call.
  4. After the customer answers the call, the agent can talk with the customer.

When entering a called number, you can click to delete a character each time or press the Delete or Backspace key to delete one or more characters.
