Deleting an Agent

Procedure

  1. Log in to Huawei Cloud.
  2. Choose Service List > Business Applications > Cognitive Engagement Center.
  3. Choose Resource Management > Agent.
  4. In the upper right corner, select a call center instance or enter a desired agent ID, and click Query.
  5. Click Delete in the row that contains the agent.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
