Deleting an Agent
You can delete a single agent.
Procedure
- Log in to Huawei Cloud.
- Choose Service List > Business Applications > Cognitive Engagement Center.
- Choose Resource Management > Agent.
- In the upper right corner, select a call center instance or enter a desired agent ID, and click Query.
- Click Delete in the row that contains the agent.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
