Deleting a Chatbot

Procedure

  1. Log in to Huawei Cloud.
  2. Choose Service List > Business Applications > Cognitive Engagement Center.
  3. Choose Resource Management > ChatBot.
  4. Select a chatbot type.
  5. Select a call center instance name in the upper right corner and find the chatbot to be deleted.
  6. Click Delete in the row that contains the chatbot.
  7. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
