Testing the Intelligent Robot
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator, choose , and click Create.
- Chatbot Name: Enter a user-defined name, for example, SmartCare intelligent robot.
- Dialog Type: Select a robot.
- Flow Name: Select the flow created in step 5.
- Click Save. The intelligent robot is created successfully.
- Click Test Call to start the call verification process.
