Configuring the SmartCare Flow
If a network fault occurs in an area or a cell in the carrier system, customers may call the carrier service hotline to consult or report the network fault. The AICC Bot is integrated with the SmartCare to invoke the CCA to obtain fault demarcation results and answer customers' questions, implementing self-closed-loop services for network fault consultation and reporting.
Prerequisites
The SmartCare service has been commissioned by referring to Commissioning the SmartCare Fault Demarcation Function.
- Configuring a Domain and an Intention
- Importing a ChatBot Flow
- Importing a Voicebot Flow
The flow is used for quick fault demarcation after a customer enters the fault scenario and fault time in sequence. After the fault demarcation is complete, the fault is transferred to the manual service or other flows configured based on site requirements. - Configuring the Trustlist
- Modifying Global Variables
After the flow is imported, some variables need to be manually adjusted.
