Modifying Global Variables

After the flow is imported, some variables need to be manually adjusted.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator.
  2. Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Flow Configuration.
  3. Choose Resource > Variable and click Edit of the following variables to adjust default values.

    timeOffsetHours

    GLOBAL.timeOffsetHours indicates the query time offset (hours), which can be customized.

    The default value is 2.

    appKey

    To obtain the appKey and appSecret, perform the following steps:

    1. Sign in to the AICC as the system administrator and choose Configuration Center > Expansion and Integration > API Management. The API Fabric page is displayed.
    2. Choose APP Service > APP Management, enter the app name, and click Edit of the app. appKey indicates the app key, and appSecret indicates the app secret.
    3. Return to the APP Management page, and click Subscribe of the app found in 2 to subscribe to the queryquickresult and submitquickdelimit services.

    The app key and app secret of a tenant space are unique and need to be manually set.

  4. Click Save to save the variables.
