Configuring the Intelligent Agent Assistant

This section describes the overall process of configuring the intelligent agent assistant. If the voice and video workbench is used, perform the operation steps for the voice and video workbench. If the online chat workbench is used, perform the operation steps for the online chat workbench.

Voice and video workbench

  1. Decompress the flow package AICC_*.*.*_ODFS.zip and obtain LLM_Agent_Assistant_FLOW.zip from the /flowinfo/LLM_Agent_Assistant.zip directory.
  2. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator, and import and publish a baseline flow.

    1. Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Flow Configuration.
    2. On the Flow Configuration page, choose Flow > Orchestration and click Import Flow.

      Select the archived LLM_Agent_Assistant_FLOW.zip package, and click Upload.

    3. Configure the preconfigured intelligent agent assistant flow. For details, see Intelligent Agent Assistant Flow Description.
    4. Click Publish.

  3. Create an intelligent chatbot.

    1. Choose Intelligent Chatbot.
    2. Click to add an intelligent chatbot. Set Dialog Type and Flow Name to Voice navigation and the published baseline flow, respectively.

  4. Bind an intelligent chatbot.

    1. Choose Configuration Center > System Management > Tenant Information.
    2. On the Basic Info page, click in the Feature area. Enable Intelligent Recognition and Intelligent Agent Assistant, select a robot assistant, and click Save. The robot assistant is the value of Chatbot Name configured in 3.

Online chat workbench

  1. Decompress the flow package AICC_*.*.*_ODFS.zip and obtain LLM_Agent_Assistant_FLOW.zip from the /flowinfo/LLM_Agent_Assistant.zip directory.
  2. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator, and import and publish a baseline flow.

    1. Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Flow Configuration.
    2. On the Flow Configuration page, choose Flow > Orchestration and click Import Flow.

      Select the archived LLM_Agent_Assistant_FLOW.zip package, and click Upload.

    3. Configure the preconfigured intelligent agent assistant flow. For details, see Intelligent Agent Assistant Flow Description.
    4. Click Publish.

  3. Create an intelligent chatbot.

    1. Choose Intelligent Chatbot.
    2. Click to add an intelligent chatbot. Set Dialog Type and Flow Name to Chatbot and the published baseline flow, respectively.

  4. Bind an intelligent chatbot.

    1. Choose Configuration Center > Access Configuration > Channel Configuration.
    2. Click . On the Configure Channel page that is displayed, enable Access Robot Assistant and bind the chatbot created in 2.
