Unpaid Orders

On Huawei Cloud, an order represents your transaction record. An unpaid order indicates a submitted transaction that remains pending payment. On the Unpaid Orders page, you can perform the following operations:

• Paying for Orders: If you do not pay an order immediately after placing it, you can query the order on the Unpaid Orders page and select a valid payment method to pay for it.
• Canceling Orders: If you do not want to pay for an order, you can manually cancel it. If an order is not paid within the specified period, it will be automatically canceled. Once canceled, the order cannot be restored.
• Viewing Order Details: If you want to know more about an order, you can view its details. Order details include information about the order itself, ordered resources, and the order amount.
• Exporting Orders: On the Unpaid Orders page, you can select orders and export them in batches. The exported orders can be used to apply for funds from your company finance department.
