Errors
The Error page displays the error information, including the total number of errors, device error rate, number of affected devices, number of affected versions, error trend, the five versions with the most errors, the five devices with the most errors, and error list.
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
on the left and choose Management & Governance > Application Performance Management.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose App Monitoring > Error. Select an application from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page. In the upper right corner of the page, select a time range. Default: Last 20 minutes.

Total Errors
Total number of errors.
Device Error Rate
Device error rate = Number of devices that encounter errors/Total number of devices
Affected Devices
Number of devices affected by errors.
Affected Versions
Number of versions affected by errors.
Error Trend
The error trend graph displays the total number of errors and the number of affected devices. Move the cursor to the graph. The total number of errors and the number of affected devices will be displayed.

The 5 Versions with the Most Errors
A bar graph shows the 5 versions with the most errors. Move the cursor to a version in the graph. The total number of errors of the current version will be displayed.

A bar graph shows the 5 devices with the most errors. Move the cursor to a device in the graph. The total number of errors of the current device will be displayed.

Error List
The error list displays the error summary, error type, number of errors, number of affected devices, number of affected versions, first occurrence time, last occurrence time, and operation.
- In the search box in the upper left corner of the error list, enter a keyword about the error summary or type and click
to view the errors that meet the search criteria. Note that each keyword is case sensitive.
- Click
in the upper right corner of the error list and select the target metric data.
- By default, the error list is sorted by Errors in descending order.

- Click Analyze in the Operation column in the row that contains the target error to view details. The details include the error trend, 5 versions with the most errors, 5 devices with the most errors, and error list.
- In the search box in the upper left corner of the error list, enter a keyword about the device model/ID or error type and click
to view the errors that meet the search criteria. Note that each keyword is case sensitive.
- Click
in the upper right corner of the error list and select the target metric data.
- By default, the error list is sorted by occurrence time in descending order.
- In the search box in the upper left corner of the error list, enter a keyword about the device model/ID or error type and click
- Click View Details in the Operation column in the row that contains the target device model/ID. The basic information and error stack are displayed.
Note that only iOS apps support stack analysis.

- Enter the OBS bucket address of the symbol table in the crash stack box. For details about how to upload the symbol table file, see Using OBS Console.
- Click Stack Analysis. The analysis result is displayed in the box.
