What Should I Do If macOS Safari Cannot Play Audio or Video in a Meeting When Auto-Play Is Disabled?
Customer Case
macOS Safari fails to play audio or video when auto-play is disabled.
Cause Analysis
Due to the restriction of the auto-play policy of macOS Safari, if users do not interact with the web page before joining a meeting, Safari may not play audio or video in the meeting.
Solution
Choose Safari > Settings > Websites > Auto-Play. Locate the meeting website on the right and select Allow All Auto-Play from the drop-down list next to it.
