100.12.5 Updates

Added isGuestJoinConfWithoutPwd (whether guests can join the meeting without a password) and confAllowJoinUser (types of users who can join the meeting) to StartP2PConfParam. For details, see Table 1.
Added hwmP2PAttendeeType (called participant type) to CalleeInfo. For details, see Table 4.
Added the Captions menu to meeting settings, including translation and spoken language settings. Deprecated the Caption translation menu. For details, see Android Menu Functions.
Fixed issues and provided more stable experience.
