80.10.5 Updates

1. Added the confAllowJoinUser and isOpenWaitingRoom parameters to the APIs for obtaining the cloud meeting room list and modifying cloud meeting room information.

2. Added the SetShareScreenPermission API for setting the sharing permission. For details, see Setting the Sharing Permission.

4. Added the vmrConfIdType parameter to the API for obtaining meeting details. For details, see Obtaining Meeting Details.

5. Added the deptCode parameter to the API for login using an app ID. For details, see App ID Login.
