For security reasons, do not use the username and password of your Huawei Cloud account. We recommend that you use your Huawei Cloud account to create IAM users for database user accounts. You can also use your account to create other user accounts, if necessary.

An error may occur if you do not have sufficient permissions or your account configuration is incorrect. Example:
