What Types of Storage Does GaussDB Use?

GaussDB uses Elastic Volume Service (EVS) disks for storage. For details, see Elastic Volume Service Service Overview.

GaussDB backup files are stored in OBS and do not occupy your purchased storage space. For details on the GaussDB instance storage configuration, see the Object Storage Service User Guide.
